Hi Saranya,
Paper presentation involves selecting a topic you are interested in and then
present the topic to the audience. Following steps are involved:
1. Select a topic: This step involves finding out a topic which you think is
interesting. We have build a huge list of to pics in our Project Ideas and
seminar topics section to help you out.
2. Study the topic in depth: This step involves studying the topic you've
picked up in depth. There are many resources available online (include CE)
where you can get information about the topic. You may use CE Forums to
discuss the topic with fellow engineers. Make sure you list out all the
information you collect about the topic.
3. Creating a presentation/slideshow: You will now be required to create a
presentation. The information you've collected about the topic should be
well presented in various slides of the presentation. Make sure that
there's a flow of information throughout the slides. Make sure you do not
fill your slides with text. Do not have more than 10-12 words on any slide.
Use images/videos/graphs to make your presentation attractive.
Also restrict the number of slides to 10 or if required, 15. Not more than
that. It bores the audience.
4. Presenting the topic to audience:
Prepare for the presentation well in advance and be confident. Present the
topic to the audience with clarity and discuss the topic. Make it interactive
by asking questions to the audience, and answering questions from the
audience.
I hope this helps. Ask if you have more questions. Are you sure? This action cannot be undone. -
