help needed with a motor

Friends i have currently enrolled myself for a project where I need a motor with the following specifications:

Power: .37kW or up
Speed: 1000 rpm or up
Voltage: 24V-36V dc or ac

I am unable to locate such a motor.
although i located some manufacturers in china but none in india.
also i am unable to locate any importers to facilitate my cause.
can u guys suggest me wat i should do? or where i might find such a motor?
