It's very easy -
1. Make sure you have suitable environment setup on the server.
2. Make sure you have the CMS directory structure (along with any customizations you've done) proper and working locally.
3. Download a free FTP client. Filezilla is recommended.
4. Connect to your server using FTP login details.
5. Move to the directory where you want to install your CMS. It could be the root directory.
6. Just drag and drop all your files to the server.
7. Setup database and keep the credentials ready.
8. Run the CMS installer script and finish installation.
9. Import local database to the new database you setup in step #7.
10. Fine tune your installation and do the security checks.
11. Go live! 😀

Alright. Here are the steps -
1. Download filezilla from: #-Link-Snipped-#
2. Obtain following details from your web host. Most of the times, you'll have the facility to create these credentials yourself:-
FTP Server Address:
FTP Username:
FTP Password:
3. Once you have above details, fire up your FileZilla.
4. Enter above details in relevant fields (you'll see these fields in FileZilla).
5. Press 'QuickConnect' button.
6. You will be connected to your server and you will see the directory structure of your server. Browse to the relevant directory and upload everything you want.
I hope this answers your question.

Log on to your Web Hosting Control Panel and search for Email Account settings. That's the place where you can setup new email accounts.
