Hello to all licensed and student CIVIL ENGINGEEERS, I'm LYLINE SACAPANO VILLANUEVA from the island of Boracay, studying BS Civil Engineering at Garcia College of Technology, I'm now on my 3rd year. I love singing and surfing the net.

    Right, some really smart engineering student sometimes failed in the board exams because of the overconfidence and they don't have the LUCK.
    Equation to pass the Board exam for civil Engineering: 50percent faith + 49% Dexterity load + 1% luck... remember this???
