  Hi brkmech,
  
  Its been long that i touched "Heat Transfer" subject. But i remember few good books which might help you on fouling factors for various fluids.
  
  1. Heat and Mass Transfer - Domkundwar ( i remember its a hefty (double hefty) book with orange front page).
  2. Another book by "Sachdeva"
  3. Keith and Bonn (or Bohn) was another one.
  
  If this still doesn't help "Heat Transfer" Handbook should help for sure.
