HCL Gets BSNL Order To Setup Billing System
HCL has finally bagged the multi-million dollar project by BSNL to setup their billing system and upgrade the current infrastructure to newer level to support future technologies. HCL will be the new in-charge of BSNL's billing system for the North and West India.
BSNL desperately needs a helping hand to manage their troubled billing solutions and technology. At least, they should do something to upgrade their 3G technology. We reviewed BSNL 3G here: #-Link-Snipped-#
