GroupOFF is India's GroupON

Groupoff is India's startup that didn't put much creativity in choosing its name & business model. In simple words, Groupoff is Indian clone of GroupON. I'm not sure whether Groupon, #-Link-Snipped-#, will bring its clone to court.

Groupon and Groupoff offer their customer great discounts by grouping them. That is, they look for people interested in a deal and then get discounts from the sellers. It's interesting to note that Groupon started as a simple wordpress blog and now a multi-million dollar business.

What's your opinion on Groupoff? Will it pick up in India? Or will Groupon will drag it to court?
