Grid Computing Simulator - How To Run Examples?

Hi..
Does anybody knows how to run examples on the grid simulator that are given along with the pacakage of grid simulator ?
I'm new to grid computing and I had downloaded that pacakage and tried to run those examples as given in its manual nut it doesn't work .

Please help me please .
