PC gamers can now see a glimmer of hope on the horizon as the most expensive game of all times, the Grand Theft Auto V surfaces on various regional Amazon websites. The listing first appeared on the Amazon France website but was taken off soon but the listing on #-Link-Snipped-# is still intact. As we can see from the Google Translate version of the webpage, the game costs 59.99 Euros (5,066.63 INR). The game according to the listing can be played on Windows Vista or Windows 7. There is no information about Windows 8 compatibility.

We are still not sure about the release date either since the page has not listed it either. So we would like our readers to wait for some time until we obtain official confirmation from Rockstar Games.

They're trying to play with patience of people who own both a PC and a console(s). Everyone knows that the piracy rate is far higher on PC than on consoles, therefore if they had just released the game alongside the console version, people wouldn't bother actually buying the game but would pirate it instead. What they are doing now, however, is making those people lose patience and just buy the game, thinking it will take forever to launch on PC.

I am thinking another way round. Last time when they released GTA 4, it was port of console, like most cross-platform games. Hence, there were many performance regression & bugs in PC version which were fixed after big fat four to five patches, I guess after 1.0.5.0. Same situation will happen in GTA 5 too! I don't think they'll be re-coding GTA5 from scratch for PC version, this will be another console port like most games.
But, learning from past, this latest version of GTA5 franchise will be having no critical bugs, I can presume that. Hence they're taking bit long in releasing.
