I'm working on graduation Project .. I need Help ..
Idea of the project: Contact the student with the University via mobile phone ..
For example: send a specific number to the Number of service to know the outcome .. Or the date of the tests ..
My questions are .. What is the best way and easiest??
What are the required languages in this project??

Kaustubh KatdareYou need to elaborate a bit more on this topic. From what I understood after reading your post is that you want to setup a system that will send SMSes to specified phone numbers through a central service.
Use the programming languages you are comfortable working with.
