Google Wallet's Credit Cards & Debit Cards Support Possible Due To Cloud

Google Wallet was not a successful app for it had certain limitations. The app was designed to personalize one's phone into a virtual wallet, allowing the user to make payments through mobile phone using near field communication(NFC).  But it didn't turn out to be as good. The two major problems with the app included its limited compatibility with some devices and lack of major debit and credit card services. Google has come up with a new and better version of the app which stores your card information on the cloud and not in your device. This not only allows the user to use all the major credit/debit cards but also enables the user to take the cards from one device to another.

Another interesting feature in the new app is that it can be remotely disabled using an online portal. This addition is a savior in case of a lost or stolen mobile, where the user can disable the Wallet App on his stolen phone enabling the protection of vital information in the app.
