Google Nexus 7 16GB Tablets Meet Demand Greater Than Supply

Google recently launched #-Link-Snipped-# conference and that signified the internet tech-giant’s entry into hardware industry, let alone tablet domain. And the company has done it with such success that it failed to accurately estimate the demand its 16GB 7-inch tablet could generate. They expected more demand for the $200 8GB tablet but it turns out that the $250 16GB tablet became more popular choice. They thought that their customers would love to go by the cloud concept and store data online.

As a result, it is not possible for you to book one right now using Google Play. Google has apparently run out of stocks and you will now be provided with the option to enter your mail id and the company will inform you as soon as the tablets are available. But, be assured that the 8GB variety is still available.

Nexus 7 has been quoted as the “tablet that re-writes the rules on what a $200 slate can offer”. It runs on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean and has access to the Google Play store for music, movies, and TV shows, along with a quad-core Tegra 3 processor, 1GB of RAM, and a 1,280-by-800 display. The product has attracted loads of positive reviews and looks like it is giving Apple a run for its money. According to reports, Apple may be working on a 7.85 inch tablet to counter the growth of this “latest favourite tablet” from Google.
