Google+ For Google Apps Users - Enabled!
Google Apps users rejoice (if you want to, of course) because #-Link-Snipped-# is now open for Google Apps users. Google took quite some time to open their social network for the apps users, but better late than never. Those who work Google apps for work (we do!), college and family network can now be a part of Google+ network and use all its features. All the features of this service which are available to the regular Google+ users will be made available to Google Apps users. We are already exploring possibilities of using Google+ for our network of authors who are geographically separated. One interesting feature is that you can share information with all the people in your network even if they are not a part of your circles.

Google+ for enterprise is actually a very interesting idea and in our opinion, it gives Google+ an edge over social networking giant Facebook. Google has already signed up colleges to bring their social network to students - which is a good idea to popularize G+. Those using Google+ with their personal accounts will be able to migrate to apps userID and Google has promised that they're building a migration tool to make things easier. Google engineer Ronald Ho mentioned on Official Google Enterprise blog that it took a lot more technical work than expected.

Enabling Google+ for Google Apps

Enabling Google social network for your apps users is quite easy. Log in to your apps admin accounts and click 'Organization & Users'. Then click 'Services' tab besides 'Users' and search for Google+ service. Click the 'On' button and you're ready to rock. We'd like to know how Google Apps users are planning to use Google+ for work?
