GE's TM2500+ "Power Plant On The Wheels" To Power Gas Demo Project In Canada
General Electric's trailer-mounted gas turbine, TM2500+ also known as 'Power Plant On The Wheels' has been selected for an iconic gas demonstration project in Canada. Evolution Well Services, an oilfield technology company has selected TM2500+ to demonstrate the mobile natural gas technology and how it can be used to reduce emissions and improve the operational efficiency over the regular diesel engines. The power plant will be used for hydraulic fracturing in unconventional gas fields.
