Bit confused for last two. 😕 For 9th Que. some people having ambiguity b/w options (B) & (D) ~ POST it if anyone find correct answer.
& neglecting Q.10 as it seems long & my eyes are burning at early 7:40 AM 😉 ~ LOL

Q.1 -- C ~ Every FULL Binary Tree is also a Complete Binary Tree.

    Q.2 -- A ~ Binary Search Tree.

    Q-3 -- A ~ Insert is O(n), Delete is O(n), Search is O(n).

    Q-4 -- D ~ Ethernet SNAP

    Q.5 -- C & D ~ RIP & OSPF

Q-6 -- C ~ Number of collision domains 'll decrease.

Q-7 -- C ~ Systems are connected to same LAN segments

    Q-8 -- C ~ DDL,DML,DQL and DCL

PS : Correct me if any of it is inappropriate OR contradictory.
