Galaxy Note Premium Suite + Android 4.0 (ICS) Upgrade Coming In Q2

We thought that the much awaited Android 4.0 (#-Link-Snipped-#) firmware upgrade for Samsung Galaxy Note would follow soon after the #-Link-Snipped-#. However, it's now official that the #-Link-Snipped-# users will have to wait a little longer for the upgrade. Samsung has officially declared that they will offer the 'Galaxy Note Premium Suite' along with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich upgrade in Q2 this year. The bundle will include ICS, updated S-Pen applications and enhanced multimedia applications. The company did not provide any idea about the possible launch date. However, what we saw in the demo video (included below) is super exciting!

Premium Suite Comes to Samsung Galaxy Note

Samsung re-introduced the stylus with the Galaxy Note phone to let the users make a better use of the 5.3" big Super AMOLED HD real estate. Samsung also packed S-Pen exclusive applications in Galaxy Note such as 'S-Note' - a unique note taking application that combines your sketches and notes with other digital content. The premium suite will include a 'My Story' enhancement which will allow users to create personalized digital cards using text, video, audio and images. If you are an #-Link-Snipped-# fan, then creator of the game, ROVIO will provide you with an extra ' Galaxy Note' level for the game. Galaxy phone users will get special 30 level 'Danger Zone' free of cost for a period of 3 months from the date of launch.

Other than that, Android 4.0 will bring new core features along with enhanced look & user experience. You'll have a new user interface which includes a redesigned menu for better multi-tasking. In addition, Android 4.0 will bring Android Beam, Snapshot and Face Unlock features to Note. Check out following video that shows the Samsung Galaxy Note Premium Suite in action:-
