Fuzzy membership function with Matlab

Hi
My search is used 2 groups of rations,For the first
group of rations, the so-called profit type local criteria
were built in the form of membership functions,
(in terms of Fuzzy Sets Theory) rising from 0 to 1, then maybe Matlab is
best software to do it. I have so many data, how could I allocate any rations
with Matlab to number between 0 to 1. Below links of picture maybe would
