Project Abstract / Summary : Renewable energies are having more advantages of zero fuel cost and also reduced environmental impacts. This project proposes an Asymmetrical Thirteen level H-Bridge inverter circuit. The inputs from solar PV panels are given to the converter and maximum power is extracted by using maximum power point tracking method. Integrated converter DC to DC Boost converter. The output is given to H-Bridge inverter which converts DC to AC and the thirteen level output voltage is applied to load.

Why did you choose to work on this project topic : As we are Electrical & Electronics Engineers, we focused on power electronics topic ,since renewable energies are zero fuel cost and also reduced environmental impacts like pollution etc. we decided to do project Asymmetrical thirteen level inverter on Solar (natural resources) with very low Total Harmonic Distortion (THD) etc. The thirteen level inverter is applicable for all industrial AC Loads. Renewable energy source when used in effective manner the overall system efficiency can be increased. The output of thirteen level can be increased to fifteen level and further more
