Ford has upgraded its model of Cobra Mustang and will be accompanied with state-of-art design. The car although is one of the best racing cars in world, will be seeing a limited production. The automobile giant has decided that it will be producing just 50 models of the car and customers can buy it on 'First-come-First-Served' basis.

The automobile which has been popular for #-Link-Snipped-# with each new model has completely renovated design for all customers.  The vehicle sports a 5.0 liter Ti-VCT engine which is specially designed for racing. Like any other Ford car, the customers can choose between a supercharged engine and a naturally aspirated engine. The company officials claim that no performance parameter will be affected by any of the engine. So those of you are thinking of having a naturally aspirated engine can avail the facility without further ado.

This time the upgrading is not only limited to better engine characteristics. Other body modifications are also seen mostly in the strength and chassis aspect. Ford engineers have redesigned Chassis, roll cage among others. The geometry of the car has been statistically controlled for a powerful performance. Following a trend of light weight vehicles, designers have taken every care that the car does not get on the wrong side on the weight parameter.

Earlier there have been attempts by the American automobile company for #-Link-Snipped-#. The efforts were laudable on its part because the plastic components which are not usually compromised for strength were replaced with equal strength material thereby taking out a couple of pounds from the driver's cabin area. The change of course was not much to affect the performance rating of the four-wheeler is a serious attempt for upgrading even the manufacturing methods.

2013 Cobra Mustang as it is called has still not given out too many details about the specifications of the car. However if the company sources are to be believed then the manufacturing of the car will take place in at the #-Link-Snipped-# in Flat Rock, Mich. The production will commence from June 2012 and #-Link-Snipped-# sometime in mid-summer.

The car with naturally aspirated engine will come with specially designed Cobra Jet Induction system and is priced $86000 and the one with supercharged engine will have a price tag of $93000. As only limited models will be sold out, not much can be expected as that from the normal production of cars. However they will be a landmark in the automobile giant's history of adding another super car in its fleet. Just another feather in its cap, we can say!
