Is Fluid Coupling (Torque Convertor) is better then conventional Friction Clutch?

Friction clutch works on transferring the rotational power from a rotor to stator using two friction coupled discs..
Fluid coupling is entirely different from that...

What would happen if u jump from a fast moving train to platform ?
That's what exactly happens in a friction clutch... that's why u can find some torsional springs inside that....

Now coming to the fluid coupling.. (remember its coupling.. not clutch)
Google or Youtube about fluid coupling working principal..
U must be understanding some thing... then post me what is still doubtful about it..

well dude i've already cleared ma doubts during ma studies.....dis post was jus to see wat others think on dis.....😀
anyways thanx for ur valuable comments......
but as per ma knowledge deres more power loss in Torque Convertor as compare to Friction clutch.....

Fluid coupling has lower efficiency than friction clutch at lower rpms.
