Find the ratio ?

hello guy's
i have a question that i want to share with you all.
Suppose two AP series where the ratio of sum of 23 term of the first series and sum of 9 term of the other series is 10.

Now you have to find out the ratio of 11th term of one series and 4th term of other series.
