My question is

4a3+984=13b7.13b7 is divisible by 11. Find a+b.

    i think the answer to question is :

    a = 1 and b=9

    hence 413 + 984 = 1397

    1397 is divisible by 11.

    because no number except 9 can make 13b7 divisible by 11.
