The best feature of the Chromebook Pixel would be the screen resolution of 2560 x 1700, which gives a PPI of 239. It has a 12.85 inch display in 3:2 ratio, claiming to give 18 percent more vertical space than the 16:9 displays. It packs a Dual-Core 1.8 GHz Core i5 processor, 4 GB RAM and gives an option of two SSDs of 32 GB or 64 GB. The 32 GB model is a WiFi only device, while the 64 GB one has a Verizon LTE modem packed inside.

The other features included in this device are triple microphone configuration to boost up noise cancellation while typing. Also included are a HD camera, a custom keyboard and a smooth glass trackpad. Talking about ports, the device has two for USB, a mini display port, a mic/headphone jack and a SD card reader. For connectivity, the device has WiFi, Bluetooth and LTE (64 GB model only) and no ethernet port.

The WiFi only model will cost about $1,299 going up to $1,499 for the LTE version. The WiFi only model is available at the #-Link-Snipped-# (Specific countries only) and BestBuy.com while the LTE version would be available after April.
