Frankly speaking, no one knows how the situation will be after 2-3 years from now. There's no Job Security anywhere in the world. Your chances of getting a job depend upon lot of other factors - your skill level, experience, ability to crack interviews, university, companies recruiting in your university etc. Why are you worried so much about the things you can't control? If you want to pursue Masters in Civil Engineering, try to go for the best University with a proven track record of placements. It's tad simple, right?
Are you sure? This action cannot be undone.
