Times Of India <a href="https://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/business/india-business/Flipkart-buys-electronics-retailer-Letsbuy-for-25m/articleshow/11831516.cms" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Flipkart buys electronics retailer Letsbuy for $25m - Times of India</a> that the investors of exclusively.in are forcing the sale; but aren't finding the buyers. What makes the news more interesting is that Flipkart recently bought the rival letsbuy.in and the investors of letsbuy are also the investors of exclusively.in. Accel, Tiger & Helion are the venture firms that invested in these ecommerce startups. However, now the times have changed and Indian ecommerce has become a difficult place with entry of Junglee and the existing Flipkart.com.

Exclusively.in is focused on fashion related ecommerce and it's also being learnt that the founders of exclusively are now focusing on their private label startup call shersingh.com.

I wonder who'll buy this business and for how much. The letbusy - flipkart deal was worth $25-30 million. What do you think?

How come just a code base comes to $25-30 million. Still wondering! 😛 But yeah, the reputation too counts... 😀

Man, that's not just the code base! It's the whole business - including your employees, assets, offices, delivery network, reputation, existing customers and so on.
