SPEAKERS' PROFILE:

Arun Uppuswamy is the co-founder/Director of KUN Auto Group, one of India’s largest automotive dealership groups. Arun started KUN’s first dealership for Hyundai at the age of 22. What started as a single dealership for Hyundai in one location with 33 associates is now a group with brands like BMW, Hyundai, Honda and Chevrolet in its fold and with over 2000 associates spread across 34 locations. KUN has redefined automotive retail in its markets.Arun is a Mechanical Engineer from the University of Madras, and holds an MBA from Yale University, USA.

29 year old Irfan Alam is the founder of Sammaan Foundation, an organization that works to systematize the cycle rickshaw industry in India. Irfan is an Economics graduate from LNMU, Bihar and he later joined Pondicherry University and Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad for MBA and MDP respectively.He took the first step in his entrepreneurial journey when he was as young as 13 for his nose for stock trade analysis. Later during his college days, Irfan formed a portfolio Management firm. After a hand on experience of some time, he pursued MBA.

Rashmi Bansal is a writer, entrepreneur and youth expert. Rashmi is co-founder and editor of JAM (Just Another Magazine), India’s leading youth magazine in print and online. She writes extensively on youth, careers and entrepreneurship and hosts the popular blog: Youth Curry. Bansal is the author of Stay Hungry Stay Foolish. In 2010, she published another book entitled Connect The Dots, which covers inspiring stories of entrepreneurs.Rashmi is Consulting Editor for ‘Cracking Careers’, the careers show on business news channel UTVi. She mentors students and young entrepreneurs in colleges across India. An economics graduate from Sophia College, Mumbai and an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad,
