This model eliminates the disadvantages of previous models and prooves efficient even in the loud buzzing environment . The speech signals are recorded and stored in chip and then compressed and filtered and transmits clear speech signal from source to the hearing impaired listeners by means vibration signals through nerves of teeth which is amplified to the inner ear drum located near the teeth .
