  Your first step should be to register with all the leading job portals in your country. Also, if possible get registered with local job search agents - they are excellent source for information about local jobs.
  
  Also, you should prepare very well to handle questions about switching to a new career.

  If you got stuck in BPO its not at all bad.
  
  If you want a career change get well prepared why do you want to change the career path??
  
  Next depending upon the current market situation getting a job is a bit tuff but possible 😀
  
  As i heard Diploma candidates will have good technical knowledge you can check jobs in govt sector in India.
  
  You have another option to complete your graduation as well.
  
  so no worries just keep trying for what you want you can get !!!
