Eligible for gate exam & psu's?

I got a year back in my graduation. I will complete my b.tech. in mechanical this year 2012. My agg. percentage is 60.90 till now.
Am I eligible for gate 2013 ?
And also tell me am I also eligible for psus?
Plz help I am very depressed taking this thing?

    Ya I think for some of the company you are eligible.It will be better if you make your aggregate 65%,then you will be eligible for most of the companies as well as exams.
