Well an electron is really a small particle which has considerably higher change in it's energy when it is subjected to acceleration by an external field or energy supplied to the system

Why not his feature be used in the construction of super conductors?

If the vibration due to phonons are quantisable and if the electron is accelerated to this energy such that both frequency match then there will not be much resistance to the flow of electrons right

What is your take on this guys

I didn't get the question right. How do you propose to use the electron motion in superconducting materials? At the superconducting levels, the flow of electrons would be without any resistance - when there's an external driving force [potential difference].

When the energy of phonons are equal to the energy of electrons we have the frequency matching of both phonons and electrons

This makes life easier to increase the temperature of operation of Super conductor
