Electro static pracipitator required power calculation?
i m from engineering firm.
in india there is above 7 tph boiler used ESP for dust remove from flue gas.
if i want to make esp for 1 to 6 tph boiler then what should be T-R set spesification? watt? voltage? etc.

Ramani AswathI had designed an ESP system for precipitating talcum powder dust from an equipment that was used to apply this powder on rubber gloves. Since the volume was quite small very little wattage was needed. You can check this nptel lecture:
