Electrical / Electronics Mini Project Idea - Sunrise Simulator

I think this would be very cool project idea. I got this idea from '<a href="https://www.electrobob.com/sunrise_simulator/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Sunrise simulator – Electro Bob</a>'. The idea is to setup a flashlight to grow in intensity as the time progresses.
