Electric car batteries tend to charge as you drive on and it will not be Completely Charged as the car drives though -

There are a lot of methods employed these days to extract any lost power in an electric car to recharge the battery. An example is 'regenerative braking', in which the power used for braking the vehicle is extracted and fed back to the battery. Such techniques help the battery to remain usable for a longer time or to provide a longer mileage (if i may use that word).
And then the weight of the car has to be kept the least possible, but maintaining the strength. Again an increase in mileage. Some cars employ a Photovoltaic cell roof, harnessing the solar energy to recharge the battery.
The battery and motor ratings vary according to the necessities. -

for the quick charging u can use the supercapacitor or any super charger devices in a vehicle and the motor u can use the d.c motor with 220v 1.2A sources it may be with low cost
