  hi Samuel, car horn have a piezoelectric transducer for making sound with connected speaker . while power given to piezoelectric plate it produces sound. but i didn't know its correct or not.

  thanks my man piezo electrics oscillate if i am not wrong this oscillations is coupled to the speakers which produce sound

  Piezo electrics are expensive, and i don't think they are worth using for car horns.
  
  the traditional mechanism is that of solenoids, coupled with a thermostat like device.
  
  the thermostat like device keeps making and breaking the circuit, while the solenoid attracts a soft iron bar, which vibrates and produces the sound.
