E-Sword - An Authenticated Self-Protection For Women And Children
Project Abstract / Summary :
In the present day milieu, numerous social changes are taking place at the global level. The role of women in the renewal of society at the local level and international level gains prominence. Innumerable areas in which women have made history for social changes. At the same time, considering it as boundless freedom, they have also exposed themselves to serious dangers . it is a method for this, is our product with several innovative features. With this, women who are alone at home or moving to the work spot can very well take care of their own safety. This device can be used in any place and in any situation for complete protection. There is no doubt that this is going to be of ample use to women individually and collectively. It is no longer news that crime is on the rise all over the world and because most victims of violent attacks are women, they require special attention as regards safety.its not only for women safety who are all need self security they people can utilize.
This gadget is a board built basically on arduino controller board. The bio-metric thumb impression of the purchaser of this equipment is registered on its IC. So, no one else other than the owner of this equipment can utilize it. After registering the Bio-metric thumb impression of the owner on the instrument, signals are sent out using the arduino controller. As soon as the signal is received, the control room will get signals from the A.C. Board. Then it will be possible to identify the place from where the signal has been generated. The power supply circuit will be switched on through the relay signal simultaneously. As soon as it is switched on, A.C. electrical impulse will go to the copper plate. So whoever is getting trouble will be notified through their finger print embossed on it. This gadget is a non lethal self defense weapon which is an effective device used to subdue a person. It works on the principle where high voltage pulses are applied to a person’s muscle causing them to be vigorously exercised. This results in instant fatigue, weakness, loss of balance and unconsciousness. Offender will be weak lethargic and disoriented for several minutes allowing sufficient time for that person to escape from the offender.

Young Indian journalist gang raped in Mumbai
A 22-year-old photojournalist has been gang-raped by five men in the Indian city of Mumbai, police say.
The woman, who was on assignment on Thursday evening in the Lower Parel area when she was attacked, is in hospital with multiple injuries.
She was accompanied by a male colleague who was beaten by her attackers. Police have arrested one of the suspects.
In a similar case last December, a 23-year-old student was gang-raped on a bus in the capital, Delhi.
this two incident badly affected my humanitarian and engineering skills.. so i have designed this device ..
