i think certification is not that necessary, (in most cases) better try to actually learn something rather than run for certifications and that too online.aady_007please suggest the sites which offer learning with certification
1.coursera.org
i knew this site are there anymore sites ...
Anyway, Here are some sites which can help you to actually learn :
Coursera
Academic Earth
Udacity
Lynda
Ureddit
Tutsplus
Codeacademy
TryPython
TheNewBoston
CodingBat
StudyBlue
100Practical Skills
PS: You didn't mention what you exactly want to learn, so give some coding sites.
For learning new languages you can go to:
Duolingo
Verbling
etc
PPS: Sorry, couldn't hyperlink all the things, have exams, have to rush..!
Search on Google, You'll find everything . All the best..! -

For Engineering subjects refer to :aady_007are E&TC engineering subjects included
NPTEL {Best one}
You'll find topic wise all the things.
Although sometimes, they include too much things (for subjects not related to your core stream, they are sometimes boring)
So, if say I have to learn some Mech subject being from CSE obviously I do not want to know , all that stuff in much detail
So, find resources according to what you need.
Use google.
