    I need an amplifier which should amplify the given speech signal with constant amplitude and varying frequency based on distance.....

    Are you sure about your knowledge of amplifiers?


    PS: You must know that everyone have our own voice only because of the various amplitude to which different frequency is made.
    In short if all frequency has equal levels it will not sound like the speaker at all
