I have scored 80% in 10th but only 48.9% in 12th .....I am currently in the 3rd year of my BCA degree now ...and have an aggregate of 88% and CGPA of 8.75 .....Please let me know how does it affect my career and what are the steps I need to take for the placements??

#-Link-Snipped-#†- Your 12th marks are likely to affect your campus placements. However, I'm not sure about recruitments in BCA course. For BE/B.Tech courses, companies have began demanding 60% throughout.
The positive side is that not all companies demand HSC score. Your best bet now is to be a master at one or two technologies so that your resume looks impressive. Build a github portfolio of your side projects and aim to get certifications.Â
