    Not actually. Visible light is an example for electromagnetic radiation. If the particle nature of light is considerd, EM radiations are made of photons.

    Electrons can make electromagnetic radiation. If an electron is excited, it emits energy as EM radiation when returning to stable state. But the elctron doesn't move along the path of emitted radiation.

    An electromagnetic wave has both electric and magnetic field components perpendicular to each other at a fixed ratio of intensities.

    EM is merely oscillating electric and magnetic fields perpendicular to each other

    These disturbances can be triggered by an electron But they are not made up of electrons
