Sorry to say Nilay that sound waves has too less energy & that will not enough to charge battery. And per I know that the device which convert sound waves to another energy form is yet to be discovered. Correct me if I am wrong. -

Interesting concept. However, I'd like you to answer few questions -
1. How do you want to power the cell phone initially.
2. From what you've wrote, it looks like you're trying to create a self powered device. Something on the lines of perpetual motion machine?
3. Assuming that the phone sports a battery to give it initial power; is the sound energy only energy you want to utilize to charge the battery?
4. Have you thought of a way to generate electrical energy (sufficient enough) from sound energy?
Looking forward to your response. -

Maybe you can try piezo-electric crystals if the sound waves can have any profound effect on them. I once saw a project were these was employed to charge a cell when walking. Which i must add was a stroke of genius
