    I am planning to do CDAC in VLSI but dont have any knowledge regarding that:
    * How far it will help me to improve my skills?
    * In CDAC whether an integrated VLSI / embedded course is available?
    * Lot more details.

    I need all the valuable suggestions and will be grateful if somebody who completed CDAC VLSI course or currently pursuing could give their valuable suggestions

    I know an answer to your second question and that's a yes.
    A course dedicated to VLSI and Embedded systems is available.
    As for improvement in skills, it totally depends on how much efforts you put in while studying. CDAC has helped thousands become skilled and secure well-paying jobs, so yes it is a very important much-loved & preferred course after graduation.
