Deletion of the recycle bin icon from the desktop

goto start->run->type "gpedit.msc"->select "user configuration"->select "Adminisrative templates"->select "Desktop"->select "Remove recycle bin from desktop"->select "enable"->press "ok".
then close the window and "Refresh" your desktop then see...
