usage while i m using windows vista......

    never do such since it will increase junk memory & will repressurrize the chipset memory

    U can cut ram usage by stopping unnecessary processes at the startup only.
    to do this..
    go to start>>type msconfig

    run as administrator msconfig.
    in msconfig go to startup and uncheck unnecessary process.

    "Do not uncheck main system processess"

    thats all.
