Cycle dynamos.

Well i want to more about this device, which does not seem to be used anymore nowadays.

from all that i know, they were used to power a small headlamp of the bicycle. but then does anyone about the max voltage that it could produce, and other technical details, about it ?

Is it still available nowadays ?
