crush.hitherto.in is a student startup by IIT Guwahati student Piyush Bengani. The system works like this: You add 'the one' as your 'crush' in the hitherto.in service. Then that person will receive an email from hitherto and ask them to find their crush. If they mention you - you will know that you both have mutual crush.
The concept isn't entirely new and there was an Orkut App that did exactly the same. Then, there's a Facebook App which does the same and I think hitherto.in is also going the same way.
The concept has an inbuilt 'fun' and 'adventure' effect - which can make it go viral and become 'big'. What do you think about the service?
