Conversion of 3.9 out of 4 CGPA into percentage. can any one tell me about this?

Looking at this link showed that 3.9 == 94%.

Actually to be more precise it should be around 97.5%. Maybe the GPA calculator is not accurate. There are other tools through which you can calculate it too!
