i want to connect a smart phone(wireless connection) to a pc in LAN..
plz suggest me what kind of hardware and technology do i have to use,
if possible let me know how to do it in cisco packet tracer..

durga chok, cisco packet tracer is a simulator by cisco guys for their own academy. I am really not sure if packet tracer will ever allow a smart phone to be connected. Yes, GNS3 has a facility to connect to your local computer .. are you taking about 'tracing' packets on your smart phone???
