Confused

Hey guys...i'm ayush bhardwaj. i'm doing my final year in electrical engineering from career point university, kota(rajasthan). I want to know that which course is best for me in between 'AUTOMATION, PLC SCADA' and any other software course like 'java, android, cdac, cloud computing'. Actually i want to know in which course i get more scope n jobs and in which there is a more chance to go abroad?
