communication via bluetooth

i am planning a project which uses communication between 2 devices using bluetooth technology , one device in a car and other in installed in a stationary object outside car within 10 meters range. Please tell which devices are there in market?

    we use BlueGiga blue-tooth on our products.

    in my view all the bluetooth devices work with in 10m
