Project Abstract / Summary : From the emerging domain Cloud computing, there are various applications. One among that is, Using the Cloud Computing concept and chemistry as an interoperability domain, we are working to produce the fast chemical reactivity prediction and the 3 Dimensional modelling of any compound as a whole. It is applicable for the medicine pattern such that, if the medicine is chosen , then the constituents are arranged in such a manner that it produces the 3 Dimensional model of that compound followed by how the compound is reactive. By using the Rosetta tools the modelling can be achieved.

Why did you choose to work on this project topic : To design a new drug pattern that can give solution to an incurable disease. By this implementation model if the testing is done to enhance the technique in it, new models of medicine pattern can easily be formed. This helps the pharmacists to develop new drugs that completely eradicate the disease in the entire surrounding. Since cloud computing is the emerging domain in that, it plays a major role in designing the 3 Dimensional model of the medicine to be used. Fast chemical reactivity prediction is the major criteria where based on the reactivity we can separate the medicine of how it can be used in the range of ages that can be used from children to adults.
